How it works
- Check out the recommended campsites for availability on The South Downs page or ensure you have adequate space for the tent (an area of real grass clear of trees measuring 7m x 7m) (You must have prior permission to pitch)
- It is your responsibility to book and pay the campsite directly. Our hire costs do not include your campsite pitch fee. We will need to see confirmation of your booking before we access the pitch site. Recommended campsites within the 5 mile delivery area can be found on The South Downs page
- Complete the Contact form with dates required and any other equipment requests and send it back to us
- We will check availability and get back to you with a quote within 24hrs
- If the booking is 1 month in advance a £50 deposit will be required to secure the booking. If the booking is within the month, full payment will be required
- On the first day of hire we will arrive (at a prearranged time with you) at the pitch site and set up the tent, complete with groundsheet, beds, bedding and linen and any other requests (subject to availability)
- We will need to know the access time to allow us 1 hour for set up before your arrival
- After the hire period we will collect the tent and any other equipment at a pre-arranged time. We need to dismantle the equipment at least one hour before your vacation time
